Has anyone experience of K2 Black Pearl workflow? I'm seeing very slow processing in a production environment and wondered if anyone had either tuned the backend database or had any luck with getting hold of SP1?

Obviously I'm dealing with the company themselves, and I'm aware of Igor Mocari's blog on the subject, but I've sort of run out of ideas otherwise.
