Fuck the Uniform Commercial Code and 5 hour finals. I especially hate you UCC Section 2-207, with your acceptances that vary the offer and your "between merchants" clause. I hope you die and are tortured for all eternity in legislative hell.

UCC 2-207 becomes complicated because diffrent courts apply diffrent standards to materail breaches. Some courts allow the initial offer to stand while others form a combination of the two. It gets even more complicated when you involve no merchants. (oh and there are four versions of UCC 207) that is the most recent but we must know all four and their possible policy implications.

Well, I don't have any advice on Law School since my one law class at college scared the shit out of me... but I will say this: Knowing you accomplished something that many people can't is a pretty good feeling! I know you'll kick law school's ass!
