How do you find the time and energy to accomplish all of this? I bet Danny was really surprised when he returned home to all of these completed projects!!

I've developed the motto: "Plan it, DO IT!"

Plus it helped that I've got some extra cash lying around. Now that the days are longer, I did a lot of landscaping in the morning and evening.

Apparently it is part of my weight reduction plan. I'm down to 203 today!

That all looks absolutely amazing, Bill! What kind of timeline are you hoping for with the remaining items: by the end of summer or this year, or before the Apocalypse?

I could use a weight reduction program like that... I suppose we'd have to buy a house first. :-)

By the end of summer, mostly, just so it's done. I've been on a roll, but we're going to STL for 6 days...
