OH GAWD!!! *flails til arms fall off* This is so beautiful and heartwarming and just PERFECT.

It's this, followed by a fix of a bowtie, an adjustment of a strand of hair (that wasn't even out of place to begin with) and two little smiles.

And on the second flight of stairs, she links her arm within his.

GUH! It's so delicate and tender, this new thing between them, and you capture the essence of that perfectly. The whole piece just has this incredible softness to it. The whole progression is so natural. I just... I can't say enough wonderful things about this hon.

PS The idealistic and incurable optimist in me says GO PHILLIES :P

Wow. The best part of this was how *normal* the whole thing seemed. Like it was totally natural for him to put her in his bed and then tell her he loved her.

That's the gist of their relationship, you know? That "natural" aspect of it. How almost loving and caring for one another isn't even something they have to think about, it just happens.

You have no idea how happy it makes me, for you to think this. I like to think I have atleast somewhat of a handle on Booth (see: obrien_blue) so to hear that I'm not the only that thinks that way. Well. It's good, to say the least. :)
