Wonderful! I hadn't heard this version, and I love it. Of course, it's Elvis, but her voice blends perfectly with his.
The story is just so cute, esp. when Booth says that thing about being alone on Christmas cuz nobody loves him. Gotca, Bones! Very sweet story, just so cute.

I agree completely about the song! At first I was a little iffy because it's Elvis and the original is pretty damn amazing, so why mess with a good thing, right? But her voice is really perfect for it, and the song just becomes something else-- and I really enjoyed listening to it!

I agree about the hesitation. They've almost become so comfortable with each other, it's like they're talking themselves out of going further eventhough they know that what's between them is something special.

I think what we've been given so far in S5 though, if nothing else, is the indication that these two are still growing closer to each other and it's only a matter of time before they take that extra step.
