Such a beautiful fic. The domesticity is such a perfect evolution for this couple. Brennan's journaling was wonderful, and Booth finding it was adorable.

he mouths what, to him, is absolutely and positively... everything.

^ That. Magic. It captured Booth perfectly.

And this: She raises her eyebrows, questioningly. Teasingly almost, yet undeniably motherly.

It is an accurate description of exactly how she would be with Parker. I can totally see it.

domesticity

Hee. I have to mention that you are the third person to use that word, to describe this fic... and I've said it before but I'll say it again.

I really like that word!

Thank you for pointing out specific lines that you liked. The two that you picked are pretty much my favourite two, too!

Thanks for reading and commenting! :)

“Wow! Frosted Flakes and cookie dough!? Bones, you really do love me, don't you?”

*g* That's Booth, all right. :)

His head turns to the open door in darkness and he mouths what, to him, is absolutely and positively... everything.

Three words, eight letters.

“I love you.”

*happy sigh* Now that was a perfect way to end it. ♥

Lovely fic; I truly enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing!

Oh gosh.

I'm glad you enjoyed the ending. I kinda was unsure about it at first, and was almost at the point of extending it further... beyond I love you. and having him slip into bed beside her.

But now? I'm glad I ended it the way I did.

Thanks for reading and commenting! The fact that you actually enjoyed it, made me grin like Booth. ♥

This is just lovely! I adore the quiet ease with which they fall into this life you've created. They're still very much *them*, just with a deeper understanding of what they mean to each other. It's definitely where the writers should take them (were they as brave as you, which they're not :P )

I really think that deep understanding of what they mean to each other, is something they're both pretty aware of by now. However actually admitting it, and giving words to it.

Especially in a form that in any way resembles "I love you".

Well.

That's an entirely different matter.

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment, it means a lot! :)

Well, see here young missy, I love it when stories people have writ so beautifully cause me to have these wonderful feelings just leaking out of my eyes. I'm such a mushmelon, just tenderhearted to the nth degree and I like to think my heart gets so full it overflows from my eyes. I really enjoyed your story and appreciate you concise and correct way of showing me this lovely little picture==can really see and hear the beloveds you know and that means the story to me. Love this pairing and hope I get my own (whichitcouldbeuniverse way)ending.
