Tonight my roomate Ben went over to Lindsays moms party, and started a fight with 2 people. I am very pissed. And he was hitting on every woman that was there. I am very fucking pissed about that. Then when we came home Randi recommended that he quit drinking, and he fucking went absoluitely PSYCHO "FUCK YOU GUYS!!! (I didn't say anything) FUCK YOU

You can't pull out of a lease clean. The only thing you can do if find someone to take it over. Put a roommate wanted ad in the paper and then you'd go to the office and tell them the situation and tha you found someone to transfer the lease over to.
If you just want to get out of the lease its going to cost you a lot a of money. And most of the time it stays on your rental record. My advice is to find someone to take your lease over.

Wow. I HATE alcoholics. I mean I LOATHE them. Yes...Randi IS a kid (she is still learning/growing and that is perfectly normal)...but he is an alcoholic and basically all that says for him is that AS AN ADULT he should get his shit together and quit drinking.
As far as your lease goes...yea, not easy to get out of one. Best thing is to find someone to take your place OR move out and continue to pay the rent there (but let the management know when you move so you arent responsible for any damages that might happen after you leave).
I thought he quit drinking though...WTF happened?!

Ben can't quit drinking, and when he does he just goes out one night and buys beer. When he drinks beer he is fine, but liqour and he is a fucking ass. He is claiming that he is g oing to move out this morning, so he may just move out, and Randi and I will live here. It will be better.
