Is there anyway to print off LJ entries?

I've been wanting to print off my cross-country trip reports but when I try to it skips part of the page between each page.

For instance where I had a list of cities to visit the first page would end on day 19 and the second page would begin on day half of day 24 skipping days 20-23.

So have any of you had luck printing LJ entries out?

Thanks! That mostly worked. It created a PDF with the words and links to the pictures.

Unfortunately I don't see a way to edit the PDF to place the pictures in the right spots. It may be easier for me to just cut and paste from the PDF into a document of some sort and then paste the pictures in.
