Nice piece, you captured the essence of teenage attention grabbing so easily throughout that.

I agree. I wrote it when I felt like writing unlike some other passages in the story. I work best when things come easily. I've never been a fan of bulldozing through something to get it done, though I can see how it's sometimes necessary.
