So the accompanist position is still available at the school I teach at in Colorado Springs. We have had 5 people apply. 4 of them were not good piano players and the one that could play had an issue with kids in general.... it is not a salary position. It does receive benefits and I think it pays between $15-$20 an hour. It is full time and every so often there is overtime (especially during the musical). There are also Other stipends available for more $.
