Last week was a miniature which never shipped. I didn't even get a response through email until I started threatening to dispute the charges; they claimed that it hadn't shipped due to them moving their distribution center (why didn't they say this on the site or in an email when I ordered?) and that the email address I was sending messages to was only used for paypal and not monitored (then why was the email originally sent to me from that address .sigged with a name, company position, and that email address?) They ended up refunding my money; I may try ordering from them again in time.

Right now I'm waiting on a store to ship me some rpg stuff I ordered. It's been "pending review" since Tuesday evening; I asked them about it and they said it's normal, the site just phrases it confusingly. But it's now Thursday and still hasn't been shipped. If it hasn't gone out by tomorrow I'll email them again and start the "send my my stuff or I'll dispute the charges" game with them.
