Does anyone know of any websites/organizations devoted to stopping the 2012 Olympics from taking place in New York City?

I'm trying to find more information about what can be done to voice opposition to this outrageous crusade.

im not for the olymjpics in 2012 either but i just thought that it was up to some higher assholes. or some sort of vote.

the stadium theyre trying to build is ridiculous because its going to cost billions of dollars that no one has, and the only benefit to it would be extending the 7 train's line, which would be sweet, but who rides the 7 anyways?

It's not fucking happening. In addition to this stadium, they also proposed this "Olympic Subway" a while ago, as if they're going to be able to build it in time for 2012. Please. New York just isn't going to be prepared in time for this kind of thing.

I thought the plan to was to build the stadium regardless of the Olympics happening in NYC.. either way, the stadium is a bad call.

it's done as a bidding. the country who offers the most amount of money gets the olympics. that's just how it works. i don't think there's anything we can do about it.
