We bought the house! Actually, we just signed the purchase and sale agreement, but as long as we get our mortgage stuff done (which is really a formality since we're rich, biotch), it's a done deal. I'm damn happy to be done with the house hunt part of this. It was painful

I LOVE THE HOUSE!!!! I just bought one that looks so much like yours. I am in St. Paul, MN. My house is 90 years old and besides the color of it, our houses look identical. Anyways, congrats and good luck with your future in the house!
