Bush is the type who would enact revenge. (he was rather fond of the death penalty) but I think there was another angle to the baseball comments. Bush isn't smart, but he knows that, and he is really good at diverting peoples' attention. If he can get voters to concentrate on baseball and steroids, no one will question all the questionable shit he's doing in Iraq and other places. I'm glad you posted.
