You won't need to do anything. It'll just be (probably a few) mp3s that you'll listen to in a place and time where you won't be disturbed.

i actually have a few of hypnotica and steve piccus's stuff. sadly it doesnt seem to affect me in anyway :/

Well, with how different one person is from the next, for any product that's made to work for 'everyone', there will be 'someone' that it doesn't work with. So you have to tailor it for that person, or make it generic and vague enough to work for as many people as possible.
