When Katie's stuffed up, we hold her in the bathroom with the shower running (hot) for about 25 minutes. That seems to help. In winter, I've heard it helps even more if you go outside for a minute immediately after doing that.

I remember when I was a kid I had my first (and to my recollection, only) sinus headache. I took a product specifically marketed as a remedy for sinus headaches called Sine-Off. It worked like a charm. Of course, this is from when I was a kid, so it may have actually contained a charm, or leeches.
