I'd vote "no" on 8, if I lived in California. Living so far away, I haven't heard much about the proposal - is it expected to pass or fail?

Dead even. It's crazy, really, I don't understand it at all. I saw someone with a 'Yes on 8' bumper sticker on their car the other day and I just got kinda sad. 'Tolerance' seems to be a bad word these days.
