so it was just a tissue tear, not a torn ligament. TSKTSK. stupid sinseh. somehow i always have an affinity with quacks. first was the one who conned me when i had a major rash breakout last year; now is this sinseh. pfffft. the super nice doctor that i visited yesterday told me it was a tissue tear or something. oh and i'm not doing pe this week :
