there's one problem with that... evolution thrives upon a diverse gene pool. when you start limiting the types of people who reproduce, you drastically reduce the species' ability to survive and evolve with the changing climate, diseases, food supply, etc. of the planet.

And that's not even touching on the human rights aspect. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, remember? lol, I think you've been in Germany too long.
