I received an uberdose of radioiodine today, in the hopes of making my thyroid gland permanently dormant and instead treating me with an artificial thyroid hormone instead of a thyroid suppresant. See the title. I've been out of the hospital for a little over three weeks, and I am thriving.

Salt free, less sugar, less caffeine -- it's been challenging, but interesting to find out just exactly how much sodium is in the buttered bread.
