Growing up sucks sometimes. I feel like I've lost touch w/so many people...whether they are still in RI and I'm out here, or we go to school together and are on break, or don't work together anymore. Blah. Growing up? I'm so happy with where I am in life, but sometimes I just wish it was a tad easier to keep in touch w/people....like being on

I feel the same way. I have changed alot over the past year and it kinda sucks that I dont get to share that with any of my friends. I never get to talk to anyone on the phone and AIM is few and far between...other than reading their LJ occasionally i have no idea. then i come home for two weeks a year and try to catch up and its just not the same. I have made new friends here but none compare to those you made during high school and earlier. I wish i had kept in touch with more people for sure, some days i even miss talking to Marianna and we havent talked since like 9th grade. But anyway you miss everyone and then you find out that you have to live your own life and grow up, which is what im doing. It's nice to be able to keep your friends close to you but as long as they are good friends, they will be around forever...even if you dont talk to them for 8 months out of the year.
