I'll do that-- but keep in mind that what law reviews call a 'Note' is actually a 25-35 page research paper so it's not going to be done until January. (And really, knowing me, you're probably going to get to see my drafts of it as well along the way.)

well, it's not from the alcohol but another smut bunny did enter my brain a couple days back and I'm trying to squeeze in time to work on it...
