if life were as easy as the story books there would be no pain. there would be no fighting, there would be no heartache, no one would ever have to feel or hear the pain of a heart breaking into a million pieces and being stomped on. tears would never attack you in the middle of the night, alone and dark. there would be no losing of keys or slamming

Story books are written for little kids that don't understand the concept of a bad world. To them, everything is nice, everything is supposed to be as it is in a story book. But then kids grow up, and they see that the world isn't as nice as those books made it out to be. They then know pain and suffering; heartache and regret. They know what those story books didn't tell. They grow up that day, when they realize that the world isn't always nice. They learn to deal with the hard shit, and enjoy the good times in life, just like the storybook told of all the other happy people doing.
