It's dumb enough that we are supposed to believe that Farley managed to lock EVERY SINGLE DOOR while jumping around inside the car. It's even worse when we realize that for this strip to work, Michael had to leave a dog inside a completely-sealed car while washing it instead of oh, I don't know, letting the dog out and keeping him on a leash like an actual thinking human might. But worst of all is that we are supposed to accept that Farley is there in the first place- why are the Pattersons using this opportunity to stop neglecting a dog that is always being neglected? Why are you bringing a dog when you get the car washed, you idiots?
