Lynn would go on to 'correct' this 'error' by injecting Eva Warzone into April's life. The spiteful ignoramus might spend her free time angered that April dares vent about being treated like an inconvenience but her fear that April will let go of her idiotic grudge against Becky keeps her in April's life because she enables her.

Eva Abuya did seem to hate Becky for reasons that were never clear to me aside from her siding with April against Becky. There were lots of moments where Eva seemed just slightly away from being extremely violent. If the comic strip had continued, I could see Duncan being very afraid of Eva, almost like John is afraid of Elly when she gets violent.

Given the villain edit Lynn tried giving Blonde Pretty Girl by giving her the same ableist attitude Gerund has, we could have had wonderful dumb fun mocking Racist Grandma for making Becky into a mini-Karen.
Meanwhile, if Elly is worried about bad influences, she needs to get Eva out of April's life fast. When she isn't consigning Jim to an ice floe because she doesn't realize she's going to be an old lady one day:
