i'm getting really tired of talking to this one person and they are always in an emergency and need money. last emergency i gave them $250 and now they need more money for their rent and their birthday is comming up. i seldom talk to them, and yet when i do they always need money. they have never paid me back. well i take that back; they've paid me

so then tell this person to either pay all the debts back, and you'll think about it, or put your foot down and say you can't give them anymore/have no more money to give.

i didn't plan on giving them anymore money. i was just pissed they asked for it well almost demanded it.

No offence, I just don't get that.

My mom gave a "friend" 5,000 dollars in all, and she never paid my mom back. Instead of not giving the "friend" money, she would give it to her, then complain about it.

What is the point? Don't give them the money. They won't give anything to you, and you know it.
