I am extremely pissed off..... can someone please tell me why I have an employee that wants to leave early everyday because she thinks she deserves it. This is the same person that has said "why would I come to work 1 mintue early unless its expected". Please do not expect anything that is not in you job description if you are not willing to give

Sounds to me like you should have a 1 on 1 with her and let her know that you have to earn trust and flexibility. You can't leave early unless you earn it.
