Depends, but in your case, probably not. If you were definately called to marriage and family in the near future, then putting it off for something other than what God wants you to do would make you more of a girl than a woman.

However, I know that you've done a great deal of prayer and discernment on the subject. That, and there are very few people going into medicine that I trust... it would be heartening to see one more trustworthy face out there. And you want to help people, not make money, which is a lot more womanly that some girls who want a baby for selfish reasons (yes, they do exist).
