OMG so did those clips work for the vid? Like, was it obvious it wasn't David or something?... That's the part that I had the most trouble over because I was so uncertain if people (who didn't know that the original source was Shelter) would buy it.

I've been toying with the idea of making another mavid vid, but using clips from stuff like this and other movies/shows and trying to make something really different but idk.
You should definitely do it! There needs to be more Mavid vids, and a reality tv source is really freaking hard to work with (as you probably know!), so I'm sure whatever you come up with will be interesting and unique and different and brilliant. And not to mention, your Mavid vid is like, THE Mavid vid OF ALL TIME. It is so brilliant. Seriously, I watch it all of the time :D

aww, thanks for watching! There are a lot clips over at davidcookai7 under the videos tag, there's a lot of HQ stuff. You'll have to convert them to avi or something like that if you want to edit it in any type of video program, but otherwise you can play all the files in VLC Media Player.
