It's a minor thing, but I really liked the part where it cuts from Bruce holding the batarang to the Joker's knives being set out on the table.

I'll be honest, the first time I watched this I had a hard time getting into it in the first two minutes. The instrumental section was what got my attention and from then on I was hooked.

I watched it a second time to see what it was that didn't do much for me and I'm still unsure. Maybe it's because the beginning is where the telling of how the relationship came to be. It will probably take a few more viewings for me to figure it out.

All I know is that from the instrumental onward you really captured the complex relationship between them. You made it compelling and I wanted more of them and their relationship. I loved the emotional twistiness of it. The music was a great choice. I can't think of any other song that would have fit them so well.

This video is just as addicting as the movie is, IMO.

hmm...thank you very much for the honest feedback! Yeah, the beginning is showing how the relationship came to be, exactly as you said, so maybe it was a bit slow and that was why you couldn't get into it? I'm looking over it now and maybe it was because the lyrics were already telling of an intense sort of relationship, and the choice of clips weren't reflecting that yet? I'll admit the beginning is a bit slow compared to the middle and onward because of all the action sequences...but I wanted to show the progression of their relationship so I had to save the fast-paced bits for later. Definitely food for thought though!

That was really well done, I had to go download cause it was so pretty! Nice use of clips, the juxtaposition of Bruce in the long board meeting room and Joker at the mob meeting -- there was a lot of great uses of duality.
