I'll say Dalish Elf, because you like places that are pretty and fairly quiet, like the Dalish camps, and because of your answer about fitting in. You emphasize getting along with people who share your interests, but many people don't; it reminds me of the Dalish being a bit choosy about who they socialize with, and having their own ideas about what they value. Also, you're okay with traditions and innovation, and the Dalish have to grapple with both while trying to preserve their culture.

I can see the Dalish Elf, but I'm leaning a bit towards Magi overall. They can, and often do, learn their abilities through books, so your interests and favorite places fit. They need a degree of hope in order to even get through the day, or at least those stuck in the circle and/or being hunted do, and some of them (along the lines of Bethany, Merrill, and Wynne... and I guess technically even Morrigan, even if your personality traits don't fit her at all) would certainly prefer a quieter place. They don't fit in easily... I can't really think of any mage in the series who does, and most of them appreciate the same kind of people you described. While some are more tradition breaking (i.e. certain apostates), others like Wynne and Merrill do appreciate some traditions to a degree. Since this deals with the Origins, it's pretty easy to say the Warden could be either since you're given all sorts of options when expressing your opinion on how things are run.

Oh now. I say you sound like you'd make a terriffic Dalish Keeper. XD

But giving the vote and credit to only the Dalish or Mage component there, I think I'll call you a Mage. You've got a value of knowledge and an appreciation for an open and-or like mind that a member of either Thedas minority would have, but I think a mage would be more one to go into fondness for peace and quiet, space, and books, and put your opinion on tradition versus innovation the way you did.

I agree with the Magi votes, even if I can see where the Dalish elf vote is coming from. Your mix of positive/negative traits. fit my idea of mages quite well, and they're usually intelligent, determined, witty and sarcastic. You also mentioned you like libraries, and get along with people who are intellingent, open minded and not cruel, so I think Magi is the best fit overall.

While I can really see where Dalish Elf would come from, your intelligence and reserved nature actually remind me of a Magi. I can infer that Mages probably like libraries and prefer the quiet over places with huge crowds and a lot of excitement. Magi all prefer more open-minded individuals, especially considering that those are the type of people who treat them best... I'd associate hope with the Magi and for the most part I find Magi to be pretty reserved. Erudite, compassionate and supportive could also be used to describe them... And there's not much to add to that so I'll just leave my vote as it is :)
