They've actually been posting as me. They've stolen my fanworks, my artwork, my signature messages, hell, they've even stolen posts I've made over at beenafix.com. And, what's really pissed me off, is they've stolen a story from Rockfic. Doesn't belong to me and that person has been alerted as will the site's admin.

(I'm the other person who was ripped off by the way, one of my Guns stories was taken from Rockfic)

All I really have to say is wow. I spose I'm almost flattered, that someone thought my fic was good enough to steal, haha.

Buy seriously, this sucks so hard.

The thing I can suggest is actually going to the site and reporting it yourself. I sent a politely worded email saying that this was my online identity that had been ripped off but, so far, I've not had any response. I'm trying to find out what the laws are regarding online copyright (I think they're the same as print copyright) before sending them another nicely worded email telling them that if they don't take a good look at this then police will be called and their website no doubt taken down while the police search the servers (I have a reason to believe that they don't own the servers or anything. It's run by some website called ning or nig. I don't know.).

I was a little flattered that someone had seen my work to be so good but when I found out that they'd ripped off my entire life... Well...

And I'm going away tomorrow and really didn't need to have this to deal with. *sigh*
