GG-the last one

I only found out last week that Gilmore Girls was ending this week. I thought they were opening up tons of things with Rory, etc. But clearly they were just setting the stage for future haziness and possibility.

i totally agree with you, and from talking with others on my flist, it seems the consensus is that this episode was perfect!

and i am with you on that last scene. even the way the camera moved was reminiscent of the first episode!

Oh, I get a sad place in my heart thinking that the Gilmore Girls won't be on the air anymore. The most I can hope for is that all of the episodes will be posted online so I can watch them at my leisure... or that I"m gifted with the all of the season's DVD's:-) I want to see that last episode! Did you tivo it?

I had very mixed feelings about the last episode. I had assumed that this season would be the last one because Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel were in contract negotiations and eager to leave.

I agree that it was nice to see "the direction" of where people were headed, but I think I was just too upset to see the show end that I was going to be upset no matter what.

I guess in my fantasy world, Jess would come back in to Rory's life and they would be writers together. Good riddance, Logan!

So, I guess I kind of see it as the end of an era - I started watching GG's in grad school. My dissertation is done and coincidentally, so are the GG's. boooo hoooooo!

I forgot, you always preferred Jess. I liked aspects of him, but didn't love their relationship.

I was quite weepy during the episode.

yeah, I liked Jess better, but mainly for the chemistry he had with Rory. I also didn't care for the drama of their relationship. But Logan is so boring to me. Monito thinks he's great, for some reason.
