Whenever I'm at home (home home, not at school), and I'm up past 2, I like to go outside in whatever clothes I'm in and stare at the sky. Better if it's windy. I know how incredibly pretentious and deep-wannabe it makes me sound, and I don't do it to be deep or anything. I just like how the stars look at 2AM. And the bitter wind reminds me not to stay out there too long, lest I catch cold.

doing crew for Ragtime at the highschool where i did tech, liz and i missed a set change one night because we were eating cold lo mein and talking in the hallway outside of the wings. the next scene was a dance, and the dancers had to navigate among chairs and couches. longleggedbeast, who was running lights, decided to tell people it was a dream sequence.

I used to really like memorizing long Dr. Seuss poems. I had (among others) both the Lorax and the Sneeches memorized at one point, but now I've only got the first half of each, because they're so long that no one ever lets me get all the way through them.
Still, I can fool people into thinking I know both poems in their entirety just by starting to recite them and counting on my audience to get the picture and stop me before I run out....
