It is everyone. The ripples of change are touching everyone in one way or another. Their souls are becoming a tad more polluted or pure depending on the individual. Regardless, it is not necessarily a negative or a positive event.

it's an annoying, pseudo-intellectual question. everybody changes, especially when the world goes crazy like it is. unless you wanted to say something idiotic like "people never change, they're creatures of habit" but that would just be stupid because of course they do. people that don't change, die. or end up in a mental hospital. so if you're gonna ask a question like that, be more specific because being all ~mysterious~ is just irritating and you're not gonna get any kind of real discussion.
