I, bird_22, am joining the Stop Smoking Challenge. When I told Randi (last night) that I had been thinking this would be a good time for us to quit, she shrugged her shoulders, and said "So this will be our last pack." Whoa, whoa, whoa...easy now. YAY!!! I have a quit buddy!!!

So when I get the carton, and do the math *amount of smokes x the days of cutting back = our official quit date* I'll let you know what it is.

ran accross your journal...from a friends...and just quit smoking (33 days) so good luck...there is one other medication...nortryptilene...or some spelling close to that, that has been known to help and is very affordable.

yay!!! way to go :) i'm so glad! i stopped smoking two years ago and will be happy to support you in anyway that i can!
