I am not happy about how last night turned out, but I think I learned an important lesson and had fun in the process...so *shrug* I guess I will let it go. I mean, it will get discussed at some point, but just to let her know where I am coming from for the next time. (yes, I know I am being vague...sorry)

P.S. My hair is now black.

I'll post pics as soon as someone takes a pic of me with the new hair. Jeez...patience is a virtue ya know.

Yep...thanks for asking. It was just one of those things where I knew better, yet gave in, then regretted it. That was the lesson learned. My gut is almost always right...I don't typically give in, but it was kinda a special occasion, so I thought "what the hell?" Yeah...It'll be a wile before I do that again.

Alright, hold on there. Vague I can live with, you'll tell us when you're ready, but "P.S. My hair is now black." will not do.

What prompted that? How does it look? Did you surprise anybody with it?

I am trying desperately to save money whenever possible. It turns out, the way I was getting my hair done is the most expensive thing to do, so my hairdresser and I came up with another way to do it that would be cheaper. Last time I went she cut it really short then I went longer between cuts so my roots would be long enough to pull through a cap (I'm guessing right about now, you are sorry you asked). Well, when I got there, it just wasn't long enough. She practically refused to do it. So I was at a loss...I didn't have the funds to do what I normally get done, and I didn't want my hair to look poopy. I have had my hair black before but it was longer then...so, she suggested that we go black (as that would be a lot less expensive and I liked it when I had it before). So, it's a dramatic change. I surprised everyone (including myself) except Randi. I called her before I went through with it. I think it looks fine. I am getting mixed reactions from people, but the only one I care about is Randi...and so far not so good. She has only ( ... )
