You're ALIVE!!!!! (Well, kind of alive. These headaches seem to make the whole "alive" term relative)
Excedrin is the only thing that will make the headache go away, but only for about an hour or so, and Ibuprofen helps my back somewhat, but again only for an hour or so. Any advice? Maybe you need a vacation!! ------> http://justaqt.livejournal.com/454523.html
That sounds like a lot of fun! The only problem is that Nate's family has been planning a big trip next year, probably the same time frame :\ But I will see what we can work out, I'd love to go!
Thanks for the advice! I realized I haven't really been drinking enough water, so yesterday I started drinking a ton, and didn't have a headache the rest of the day, or today so far! So thanks for pointing that out :D
If your neck and back hurt, you might need an adjustment. Does your insurance cover a chiropractic visit? I know, I know, some people shimmy away from chiropracters, but they can be quite helpful. One of the women I visit teach gets headaches because she has to get her neck chiropractered every once in a while. Just make sure they do x rays :)

1) Make sure you are drinking enough water.
2) No caffien or chocolate.
3) Watch your posture.
4) Make sure your pillow is working right. It should provide support and relates to #3 directly.
5) Reduce stress wherever possible.
6) If you wear glasses you might need a new prescription and if not you might need to have your eyes checked.
7) Non caffinated tea with lemon can also help.
Just a few ideas from someone who gets headaches sometimes too.
