Grey or Hungarian partridges

We don't get a lot of exciting winter birds in my part of town, so it was so cool to see Hungarian or grey partridges yesterday. Sometimes I'll see some prairie chickens or whatnot, but it's really unusual. I spotted the pair under our front window yesterday. Neat! Closest thing I ever saw here was a male ring-neck pheasant that kept showing up to my feeder one winter.
