It's the Little Things...

Like:
Dropping into another lower set of digits overnight, making me two pounds away from having lost 50 pounds.

Being able to run faster than a jog for more than 15 minutes.

Being able to see my quad muscles start to get really defined.

Brushing my teeth this morning and noticing my shoulder delt line against my bicep.

I love love love reading your posts. They give me motivation to keep myself healthy. Also to really pay attention to the things that matter to me in my life and stop wasting time on things I really don't like doing. I've started riding my bike to work every day. It makes me feel so great and a bit hard-core. Especially since I wear the little fingerless gloves. But I get such a good work out every morning riding uphill the whole way, it helps me eat better throughout the day. Then I go home and eat cookies. But I'm slowly making better choices. But I will give you a big skinny congratulations on getting rid of that 50lbs. Doesn't it feel incredible? Don't you wish for one day you could go back to your heaviest weight to see what it felt like. That would be great motivation to keep going.
