It strikes me that Zed has perhaps lost sight of the fact that yoga, like any other deep and spiritual practice, should be a source of profound joy, and that when you fully integrate your daily practice into a joyful and laughing life, you bring that laughter, that humour, into what you do spiritually ( ... )

Absolutely!! My favorite moments of our (altogether too) brief sessions were when one or the other of the three of us would fall over laughing uncontrollably because of something our bodies had done oddly or because the critters were attempting to join us.

I really wish the beginner classes weren't so early on Saturday mornings. Galoot & I would love to join, but it just doesn't fit our schedule currently.

Level I classes are available all through the week, and I have a class on Sunday afternoons.

Honestly, there are a lot of talented folks who work at the studio who also work at the Y. If Butterfly's schedule doesn't work it...
