 I'm in China!

Actually I got here two weeks ago Thursday, but didn't have internet this weekend.

China is different, and confusing, and sometimes frustrating, but also beautiful and fun and invigorating. I ain't complaining about the food, that's for sure. I think I've become something a celebrity in the supermarket/noodle shop right outside campus

Yeah for having internet! I was actually kinda wondering if we would be hearing from you while you were over there as I wasn't sure what China's policy concerning LJ is. Good luck with the classes, and that's great that you're finding friends among your fellow students. And yeah for being able to keep up with your drama watching over there. I'm currently working on episode 3 of Unubore Deka.

Thankfully LJ works here, and viikii, too, although you sort of have to time it exactly right. And hurray for Unubore Deka! I'm still on episode four, but I know episode five is already out so I'm excited to watch it. Do you still like it?

That is nice you are able to access those websites. How do you have to time it? I'm still liking it, though I think I'll have to watch just a little at a time, or else the crack will overwhelm me.

This afternoon I was reviewing the info I'm going to be teaching in class tomorrow, and I thought of you when I got to the history class as we're covering the beginning of China (and I fear I will slaughter all of the Chinese names).

I'm also dying of laughter at the "bedroom scene" in Unubore Deka, especially when he jumped on top of her.
