Hello, I'm a billion years behind the bandwagon.

I devoured Sherlock about a week ago, but am a bit confused. When I was downloading the eps, I found four different episodes- 00. Pilot, 01. A Study in Pink, 02. The Blind Banker, and 03. Yeah for someone to squee with! :) There are only 3 episodes. I have no idea why there was an extra one listed as "Pilot ( ... )

Because I'm a nerd, I figured out why there are two versions of the first episode. :P The Pilot was made first as the creators were using it to pitch the show to the BBC, and they were aiming for a regular-length season with 60-minute episodes. Well, the BBC watched the Pilot and loved it, but they decided they wanted less episodes with each episode being the length of a regular movie, so that's why there's two version of the same episode.
