Inking with REAL MEDIA OMG
I was playing around today with inking in ACTUAL ink! I can't remember the last time I sketched on paper, much less inked anything.

I have discovered a mad loving for drawing with calligraphy pens. Only one of the drawings here (center top chick with Audrey Hepburn hair) was done with normal ballpoint pens (sharpie used to fill in big areas of black), but it took FOREVER and was not nearly as fun. Bonus props to sexual_ennui for being awesome at expressions and making me want to explore them... it's more evident in the stuff still in my sketchbook.
Also, ghetto scanned with my camera, haha. The joys of abusing the levels/contrast tool- black and white ftw! Also flickr >>>>>>>> Photobucket. YES GOOD IMAGE QUALITY!
PS, if you don't want to madly hump Nightwing, you SUCK.... or you're not me and haven't just been on a Batman comic binge >__>;; Truth be told, I like the new Red Robin better, and Nightwing makes a damn good Batman
