i like it. but i dont get it because of the final line. i also feel like "The Rain" doesn't make sense. how is it the final destination? or is it not supposed to be that?

The Rain is symbolic for a place.

and also im not so sure u should be so definite in ur answer of where the final destination is, because there never really is a true final destiantion except for death...ya know? and also it maybe should be left up to the reader...just my thoughts

there is a definite place, and the poem tells a story of how that certain place was reached, if not of the entire situation behind it
