OK, on my list of highly annoying things to deal with: navigating the internet and using a computer in general without a left mouse button. I'm exaggerating; highly annoying is pretty subjective and not even true for myself, but it's less verbally awkward than "more than aggravating but not quite hair-pulling-out inducing." I can probably pick up

I always advise walking to the library. It's a great thing to do on a sunny day. And yes, job first, then house. :)
