Switching from Jaydess to Zamine (Yasmin)

I got my Jaydess out today, hurray! (I'm sure it's great for some people, but it's been exacerbating my anxiety.) Now I'm starting on Zamine, which is a generic version of Yasmin

Your protection should be continuous, but if it would make you feel more comfortable to use condoms that's fine of course. Your experience will be different from mine with a Mirena IUS, since we're different and so was our equipment, but my side effects were gone within a few weeks. It's a localized and very low dose hormone, so it doesn't stick around long.
