Hello, new here. *waves* My name is Flick, I'm 21 and I have been on birth control since I was 17. I have tried yas, yasmin, nuvaring, seasonique and probably a few others I don't even remember but the reason for my post is I thought I would share my experience with my very first depo shot and what kind of side effects I'm facing. I would imagine that the hurt part was due to the nurse. I was on depo for 5 years and only once during that can I really remember that getting my jab hurt, and that time the nurse who gave it did it much lower down than usual and really stabbed me so that I got a bruise and had issues with sitting down! But most of the time, no problem!
