She is very patient to sew up and down each side of the coat by hand! Even if it's small I get so frustrated with handsewing. ^_^;;;

Maybe some people can do it fast? I'm very bad at handsewing and my stitches are uneven and ugly so I machine sew whenever I can. I have an on/off button on the body of the machine just above the needle and can make a stich at a time, so I use it even for tiny collars.

That's what I do, too. I just hand crank the machine around really tiny areas...like when I do the fingers on cloth dolls. Sometimes I wish I had a machine with a treadle since I often have to hand crank mine. :D
