Liquid DeathI made this lame video for my telecom class about this kid dying from binge drinking. When I say lame, I mean lame. Pick something completely insignificant and I could prove to you how I care more about that than I do this. This class project was like a fucking pebble at the side of the mountain I'm currently climbing ( Read more... )

Best part is at the end where the music gets really dramatic. I laugh.

I couldn't watch the actual video but lol'd at the use of the Lost soundtrack. And the flashback noise.

I started to type "I sometimes do things with your boyfriend" and then realized the double entendre there.

I wouldn't have minded, you do more things with Mousse.

I just tried to watch and I've got sound but no visual. Damnit!

Also, I feel the way you feel about this video about some things in my classes. It's good to have shit in perspective, eh?

Very well produced and I'm sure it'll blow the others away. I guess I should've gathered from your subject matter that there'd be no humor, but wow, I wasn't expecting something so heavy and dramatic. Good job!

Of course, I only mention this because it's one of your film posts, but have you seen this deal from Comedy Central? I had planned to give you a shout about it, since I first saw it last week. Personally, I'm somewhat limited by my locale and the types of people that you find down the street from a geek and nerd school, but I have been mulling over a couple of possibilities and very easily could put out some feelers for actors, props and possible locations within the next couple of weeks. We'll see.

BTW: I'm not saying that I could compete with you. I don't have any of your training or experience and there's no way I could knock something out in hours or without several reshoots. I'm just saying that I'm thinking about it.

Hey thanks for that. I think I'm actually going to submit our last episode of Sideshow to that. Wow.
